INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
chicken boneless meat
Yogurt
Ginger garlic paste
Cumin and corriander powder
Garam Masala
Red chilli powder
Mustard oil
Turmeric powder
Salt
Black pepper powder
Note :- For sekuwa Masala I recommend to use this ingredients in proportion of :- For 1 kg chicken use 30 gm ginger garlic paste, 30 gm cumin corriander powder, 30 gram garam Masala, Red chilli powder 15 gram, Turmeric powder 10 gram and Mustard oil 30 ml while use salt as required.
METHODS OF PREPARATION
- Marinate the chicken by adding all these Spices and keep it in Refrigerator for some time by covering. Remember the rule- The more time you keep after marinate, the more meat flavour develops .
- Now put the marinated chicken piece in skewer and Grilled it ,Cooke till golden brown and served it.
Note:- while Cooking sekuwa remember it to baste it frequently ( apply oil in meat ) to prevent it from drying out and if you are worried about coal, the best coal, skewer are available in any super market nearby.
